11/5 – We set out looking for stripers along the beach, but after a concerted effort running the beach to the North found nothing good enough, we made the sharp turn to head to some Mud Hole wrecks to put some dinner together. Stopping on three pieces in 20+ fathoms of water, we found very good life on all and some honey holes that really were lock-and-load fishing. The guys had no problems putting limits of some quality sea bass to 5#, adding porgies to 4# (real hubcaps!), and three cod to 18#. We will still be targeting bottom fish and stripers.
